1. Please send all product that you would like to claim on our address:

1. To your package please add a document stating the number of your order, demages of your claimed products and your address
2. In case of claiming your product  please state if you would like to exchange your product or get your money back
3. In case of exchanging your product please note what other product you would like and specify the size, color and type of your desired product. FREE shipping on the first product exchange.

PRODUCT CLAIM RULES

According to the Czech legislative on Product Claims [č. 40/1964 Sb., Občanského zákoníku v aktuálním znění] this law applies to all product purchased and claimed, in the legal time period of this law, for demages and mallfunctions caused by the manufacturer at the point of sale = by seller – Jiri Volmuth, Domazlicka 2, 130 00,  Praha 3, Czech Republic

The legal warranty time is stated on the receipt given to you with your purchase. In all other cases, unless stated otherwise, is set by law to 24 months from the date of purchase.

In case that malfunctions or any other type of demage appears during the legal time of warranty period we advice our customers to claim their products at our shops.

!IMPORTANT!

The seller does not také the responsibility for demages and malfunctions caused by using the products not accountibly, worn out products and bad manipulation with product (storing, laundry etc.). To all alike matter there is not Product Claim policy to be applied.

MONEY BACK QUARANTEE

The money back quarantee is one the essential customer policy at Streetmarket.cz. Accordingly to the legal rules and limitations (č.367/2000 ze dne 14.září 2000) the customers has right to cancel the contract between him and the seller within 14 days without stating the cause. Please keep the 14 day money back quarantee policy in mind! All money back claims that pass the 14 days period will be not taken in the consideration.

The product must be in the original packaging. Product must not be demaged and must be fully complete including all additional accessories. When claiming a product you must have the original receipt.

We ask you kindly to not send claimed products with the Cash on delivery mailing service! Thank you.

When your product claim meets all the criteria for the Money refund we will send you your money back minus the postage fee on your bank account or via Postage voucher within 30 work days after receiving your package.

In case that your claim does not meet the neccesary criteria for the refund. We will send you your product back via Mail on your expense.
